Behind the Scenes of the Infraero Campaign
Producing a national advertising campaign requires more than just photographic technique; it requires impeccable logistics and top-notch equipment. Recently, I had the privilege of photographing actress Vanessa Giácomo for a new campaign by Infraero, in a project that combined agility, cropping technique, and the comfort of a professional studio set up inside one of Rio de Janeiro's postcards: Santos Dumont Airport (SDU).
The Technical Challenge
The agency's directive was clear: extremely high-resolution images with controlled lighting and a neutral background. The goal was to allow for perfect cropping so that Vanessa's image could be applied to advertising materials spread throughout all airports in Brazil.
Lighting Control in All Environments
Unlike a fixed studio, photographing in an airport requires mastery of ambient light versus artificial light. We used modern light modifiers to ensure that skin texture and costume details were preserved, facilitating the design team's work in the cropping stage.
Portable High-Performance Studio: Versatility Without Limits
Many people believe that to achieve a "magazine cover" result, one must be in a fixed commercial building. My work proves otherwise.
Technology and Comfort for Big Names
The difference in my work is bringing the experience of a premium studio wherever the client is. Whether in the middle of an oil and gas industrial unit or in an airport lounge to welcome a national star like Vanessa Giácomo.
Modern and Agile Equipment
I use wireless lighting systems and state-of-the-art cameras that guarantee:
Speed in setting up: Essential in high-traffic places like SDU.
Thermal and spatial comfort: Creating an environment where the subject feels at ease.
Real-time visualization: So that the agency and client can follow every click.
Quality that Caters to Everyone from CEOs to Celebrities
The same setup I used to receive Vanessa Giácomo is what I use to photograph CEOs and executive boards. The level of demand is the same: a strategic gaze that values the authority of the person photographed, with the convenience of not having to take the executive from their base of operations.
Why Invest in a Photographer with Mobile Infrastructure?
In a dynamic market, time is the scarcest resource. Having a photographer who master the logistics of complex environments (like restricted areas of airports or industrial plants) ensures that production doesn't stop.
Visual Impact in All Airports in Brazil
The result of this session with Infraero will soon be seen by thousands of passengers. It is proof that technical photography, when executed well, becomes a powerful tool for institutional communication and marketing.
